In 2013, Steven began initial software development for the Digital Indirect Bonding System (DIBS) and still heads the software development team. During this time, he also led a four-year research and development project exploring the validity of 3D printers and print resins for IDB application. This resulted in dozens of hardware advancements and critical progress in software development. Most recently, Steven has launched the all new DIBS AI platform which features 32 unique algorithms to automate, simplify and decrease the time needed for full case setups and IDB 3D-printed trays.
When not developing software, Steve enjoys mountain climbing and has summited all the “Fourteeners” in Colorado and Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.
Milan has worked for and with a variety of companies from startups to Fortune 500 organizations in the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America. He has also taught Global Marketing in the MBA program at Georgetown University. His passion throughout his career has been helping companies to better understand their customers and market opportunities, and then helping them to develop actionable strategies to achieve business success.
Milan has an MBA from Georgetown University and both a BA and MA in International Relations from Brigham Young University.
He enjoys skiing, travel and outdoor photography.
Spending time outside and traveling with his wife and children are Ryan’s hobbies.
Nicole is great at identifying operational requirements, creating action and implementation plans. She can then coordinate with cross-functional teams towards business goals. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and public relations skills that create a progressive path to strong relations with counterparts and clients.
She collaborates directly with production, quality, and technical teams to continuously improve processes. Establishes and updates production schedules to meet changing demands. All while maintaining safe work environments and continually pushing for efficiency.
Nicole has been heavily involved in the Utah special needs community as a mother, neighbor, and friend. Her daughter, Brooke, has autism and Tourette’s Syndrome. This has been a challenge that comes with its own rewards. Each lesson learned the hard way can be passed to others many times over, having a great visible effect in the lives of families with similar challenges.
When she is not busy, you can find her making art crafts, going on outdoor adventures, and traveling with her husband and daughter.
